Our dynamic, all-day dining experience begins with locally roasted morning coffee and carries through to late-night bites and creative cocktails. In between there’s freshly baked pastries and curated breakfast specialties, rotisserie-style lunch featuring free-range chicken, traditional tapas and Maryland-centric dinner entrees.

The lounge hops with plenty of local craft beer – including our own exclusive-label IPA – a carefully curated wine menu and elevated cocktails including AC Hotels’ Signature GinTonic.

Seating is available inside, at the bar and out on our expansive street-level patio.

tea-infused gin martini

Corella’s signature cocktail — a tea-infused gin martini — celebrates Bethesda’s Madonna of the Trail. This 18-foot granite sculpture is the first in a series of 12 identical mother-and-child statues placed along the Old National Trails Road, a key 19th century migratory route stretching from Maryland to California.

Every day, Corella launches Happy Hour by toasting the indominable spirit of the pioneer women represented by the Madonna of the Trail statues, those determined mothers who “didn’t stay but traveled through” on their quest toward a better life for their children.

The cocktail ritual echoes the 12 statues with a spirted mix of 12 ingredients, including gin from Tenth Ward Spirits, a local, female-owned distillery.
